Fabulous experience as always with Emma! Got my lashes tinted and brows tinted and waxed for holiday - best treatment for low maintenance make up look. Gorgeous set of gel nails in a beautiful summery colour advised by Emma and I love them! Highly recommend E.M.S for exceptional customer service and professional standard treatments always.

Elena is the best - been going to her for years. She always does an amazing job on my brows, lashes and nails. I don't trust anyone else to do my brows or lashes and come back to Glasgow to get them done by her!

Sandy is very professional and talks you through everything and makes me feel at ease getting my treatments it's wall to wall chatting and laughing which helps when getting waxing done 😁😂 I would highly recommend this fantastic salon 😊

Honestly awesome. I was worried that when I moved to Glasgow, I wouldn't find a brow artist that did the type of brows I wanted. I love that she explained everything to me, the who's, what's, and why's. When I had by brows done previously, I had nothing explained to me and trusted the process. Although my brows were great before, they're even better now! Will be back for my annual touch up for sure.

Absolutely brilliant salon, both Jennifer and Victoria are the absolute nicest girls and always a great chat with them. From waxing, LVL to nails everything is always fantastic. The only place where my gel nails last around the 3 week mark! My daughter who is 12 began coming along this year for waxing and nails also, and Jennifer is so lovely with her and really makes her feel comfortable. It’s a wee hidden gem! So glad I found it x

From the moment I met Viki till the end of my appointment, she managed to create a relaxing environment where I felt so special. I had bamboo massage and luxury facial treatments and both were fantastic. I would definitely be back to explore other massage packages and treatments.

This was my first treatment with Olivia and I absolutely loved every minute of it. Olivia has healing hands and took great care to tell me all about the products she was using and their benefits. I left feeling very pampered and my skin felt and looked much brighter and rejuvenated. Thank you. I will definitely be returning when you can squeeze me in.

I've been waxed from others before and never went back but Amy does such a good job I wouldn't go anywhere else. I always feel at ease with her and she does a great job. Her salon is lovely and it's spotless.

I visited Sandy today for the first time to have various waxing treatments. Sandy made me feel safe and relaxed throughout my visit. Sandy is very knowledgeable and passionate about her job and I came away having learned extremely helpful information with regards to waxing/hair growth. I highly recommend having treatments carried out by Sandy. Five big shiny happy stars from me!! :)

Wouldn't go anywhere else for my nails and waxing. Elena is amazing xx
