I can’t recommend Emma enough! She’s always really attentive, which makes such a difference when it comes to something as personal as a bikini wax. I’ve always felt super comfortable in her hands, she uses the best French wax and takes her time, checks in often, and makes sure the whole experience is as gentle as possible. What I especially appreciate is how reassuring she’s been about my pregnancy. She really understands how to put you at ease, both physically and emotionally, which makes the process so much less daunting. It feels like you’re being looked after by someone who genuinely cares

I’ve been going to Lynn for almost a year now and genuinely don’t have a single bad word to say! Her lymphatic drainage massage, waxing, and facials are all flawless—absolutely spot on every time. I couldn’t recommend her more highly. Not only do you receive top-tier treatments, but you also get the chance to truly relax—something I struggle with due to a high-stress job. Second treatment here. The facial I got felt great, really thorough! The whole experience is just perfect, so relaxing for the whole hour. I love the extra special touches when getting a facial here, I haven’t had that anywhere else - the head, face, neck massage etc. Will definitely be back soon.

Kirsty's staff are alwats so lovely and friendly.I love getting my hair washed n blow dried weekly with Carly. Go to Gillian for my waxing and nails I'm always happy with everything.

Shabana is such a skilled professional and so friendly and considerate. The treatment room and building are so beautiful and calming too. I booked in for waxing and eyebrows today and it was quick and pain free. Highly recommend.
