It's always a pleasure coming to Identity of Broughty Ferry for a treatment. I always leave feeling relaxed and good about myself even when I go in for something like a wax! Joanna and her team are lovely, I'd definitely recommend coming for anything. :)

I have just moved after being at another so called " top" salon in the Ferry and so glad I moved. Its the best and most thorough wax I have had in a very long time, no missed patches as was a regular occurance at my previous salon and having to go home and tidy up. Very gentle healing music in background rather than a variety of piped pop music which wasn't always my taste. Tuned in staff, I had a coughing fit whilst I waited and was immediately brought a glass of water. No being led through a tipping point in the pay machine. I tipped because I wanted to not because I felt I was obliged too.

I visited this salon for the first time yesterday, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I had a full leg, bikini, and underarm waxing, and it was completely painless – truly a pleasant experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the process. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and highly recommend this salon!

A very hot day for a leg and a bikini wax, but Megan made it as easy as possible! Lovely team and very accommodating.

Joanna is very profesional and makes me feel very relaxed. Now been visiting for more than a year and feels more like a catch up than an appointment. We talk non stop which takes my mind off the waxing. I have tried places in the past for intimate wax but never went back. Joanna is the best in the business ⭐️
