Staff very helpful throughout the booking process and on the day, and treatments were lovely. Spa area is small but nicely done and the afternoon tea was nice. It’s not that obvious where to go when you first arrive on site so worth checking the details beforehand.

Was able to book appt at 10pm the night before for a 9am appt the next morning. Couldn't be happier , went in looking awful came out looking and feeling amazing, can't recommend high enough . Definitely will be returning

Lydia is practically perfect in every way—hands down the best nail technician I’ve come across in Bristol! She’s not only incredibly talented but also so friendly and welcoming. Her level of attention to detail and artistry is truly commendable. She worked her magic and got my nails Disney-ready, and I just can’t wait show them off at Disneyland! If you’re looking for a nail tech who’s beast-mode talented, Lydia is the fairest of them all! Highly recommend!

Lovely facilities, clean, warm quiet. There was 'spa music' playing in the sauna which might not suit everyone but generally lovely
