I had an incredible experience at Arivon Aesthetics! From the moment I walked in, the space felt warm, clean, and calming exactly what you want before a wax. I booked a full Hollywood wax, and it was honestly the most comfortable and professional service I’ve ever had. Danielle was amazing super friendly, skilled, and talked me through every step to make sure I felt relaxed and informed. The waxing itself was quick, precise, and way less painful than I expected. The results were so smooth with no irritation afterward, and she gave great aftercare advice to help prevent ingrowns. I’ll be back ❤️

Nian is brilliant, she was so friendly and made me at ease when having my first pedicure. She took great care and attention over my pedicure and express manicure. I definitely recommend the spa pedicure with paraffin wax as it was so lovely!

This was my first timing getting waxed and I was nervous but Danielle made me feel so comfortable, she walked me through the whole process before and during the wax, telling me what to expect. I can confidently tell you this is the safest place to get a waxing done in Birmingham. Don’t take your body elsewhere because there is simply no better place. Minimal pain unlike any I’ve ever had!

I travelled back and fourth from Bristol for this course and genuinely felt excited for the 2 hours drive every morning so I could get into the course. I had a great time with Sarah. I walked out of the place with full confidence as the courses were quite hands on and the life time support makes me feel so good about starting this new chapter of SPMU. The course felt so relaxed and chill with the laughs we all had and the 3 days went by so quickly. Will definitely keep coming back!

I booked a bikini wax, eyebrows and sideburns threading. The ladies in the salon were warm and welcoming upon my arrival, and Priyas service was excellent. I have musculoskeletal issues and a lower pain tolerance than normal. Priya was *excellent* in her handling of me. Her attention to detail, patience and gentleness were very appreciated by me. I was nervous about getting my eyebrows in particular done somewhere new, and she did a great job. I will definitely return to this salon and would highly recommend. Thank you sincerely for the service.
