It was my first session with Safa and she was so thorough. I’ve had a different practitioner here but Safa made me realise how thorough she was compared the other girl. She asked me about my target areas and also took the time to remove the gel and wipe each area down. I will only have Safa going forward for my sessions, that’s how good she was.

I can confidently tell you this is the safest place to get a waxing done in Birmingham. Don’t take your body elsewhere because there is simply no better place. Minimal pain unlike any I’ve ever had!

I've had a few laser hair removal sessions at this clinic and overall I’m very satisfied. The staff are friendly and took the time to explain the process and what to expect, which made me feel comfortable. The clinic itself is very clean and well-maintained. My technician is professional and made sure I'm at ease during each session. After a few sessions, I’ve already noticed a significant reduction in hair growth, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

Best waxer in Birmingham! Danielle is so lovely and does an excellent job with the waxing. She is a perfectionist and my wax is virtually pain free. My hair growth has significantly reduced and my skin is super soft for weeks. I highly recommend her to everyone who needs waxing services.

As always Elle is an amazing therapist who soothes all your aches and pains. I knew that my lower back was worse than usual and her touch was perfect and eased out all those pockets of pain and straightened out my spine and aligned my whole body. The warm bed and calm ambiance is like a huge cuddle and I relaxed after a very difficult month. Elle treats mind and body and I felt wonderful after the full body massage and her personalised facial, bliss.

I had such a lovely experience getting my pedicure, and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I sat down, I felt completely relaxed and cared for. The space was clean and calming, and everything was done with so much attention to detail. Vikram was incredibly kind and welcoming. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment and took her time to do everything perfectly. You can truly tell she takes pride in her work — my pedicure turned out absolutely beautiful!

I have completed my 6 sessions at Swiss laser. I have noticed I barely have any hair growth, my results are amazing. I don’t grow underarms and leg hair anymore. I’m also really happy with my practitioner Safa, always does an amazing job she’s so lovely and chatty makes you feel comfortable. The clinic also is very beautiful smells good

Enjoyed a comfortable and relaxing full-body massage experience inside an arcade in a busy district. Although the shop is small, it is clean and hygienic. The massage therapist, Sheela, was attentive and friendly, explaining the massage process beforehand and what to pay attention to after the session. The entire massage was very comfortable, and the tense areas in my body were relieved. I would recommend this service.

Jyoti was absolutely amazing! She transformed my eyebrows using just waxing, threading, and precise mapping. The shape looks so much better and really suits my face. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants their eyebrows done professionally and beautifully

A wonderful head spa with Lera. What a beautiful soul she is. She took great care of me and my sister for her birthday treat. Explained everything and made the whole experience so enjoyable. We nearly cancelled due to our Saturday booking having to be rescheduled and losing out on the cancelled train fare but I didn't want to break my promise to my sister. I was told by Dionne the manager that is said in black bold caps on the website that they don't take head spa appointments on Saturdays. After our call ,I checked again and there were no black bold caps saying this. Not a great response!
