A truly enlightening, relaxing & beautiful experience for 2. Involving a guided meditation, stretching, deep relaxation/energy healing. The room was set up beautifully, like walking into a place of what dreams are made of, the smells, low lighting & comfy blankets instilled a sense of peace & happiness. We ate cake/drank tea then took it in turns to have amazing treatments or lying in a cosy sauna blanket reading. I had-facial, massage & reflexology - amazing, Jane always knows exactly what you need. Walking out of the room we were floating. Thankyou for one of the best afternoons of my life!

Well what can I say the massage was amazing and Henri was great, he made sure to ask what of there is any specific areas I wanted doing during it and he catered to my specific needs very well indeed. I would highly recommend Henri. He knows exactly what he is doing and is a trained sports massage therapist. Looking forward to next time.

Very friendly and helpful lovely massage

My first massage with Jane was fabulous. She put me at ease and in a state of relaxation straight away. I absolutely loved my treatment with the hot stones. I can’t wait to be back and booked in again soon! Xx

One hour deep massage getting rid of knots in muscle. Although painful first treatment for a while I know it will help, next one more relaxing. Great advice too on recovery.

This is just my third experience with sports massage, and the first two were great, but Valentina went above and beyond! She's really passionate about not only massage but fitness and health in general, and gave me some useful tips for things I can try in my training and self care, and I'm very much looking forward to trying them. Oh, and the massage itself was great too!

It had been a while since I’d had a treatment & Jane always knows what I need and how to make me feel lighter. I had a full back neck & shoulders snd reflexology. I was so relaxed I nodded off a couple of times but that is how Jane makes me feel. Relaxed, calm and comfortable and that’s exactly the environment Jane has created. So grateful for all of her kindness & commitment to her clients. Look forward to my next treatment.
