I had a laser session with Diana, who has taken over from Stephanie, and the experience was so amazing! Diana was caring, checking in with me constantly to know if I was feeling okay during the session. Whenever she started to sweep the laser over my skin, she told me to get ready, and after the first sweep, she paused to check if any discomfort, pain, or heat concerns arose. I was taken care of very well until the end of the session. The Laser Studio customer service has never disappointed me!

Whenever I have a laser session at the Laser Studio, I always feel so much welcomed and most comfortable. Stephanie consistenly follows up with my hair progress and results to make sure I am on the right track. The result is incredibily amazing because my hair is becoming way thinner. When it comes to pain, I'm a huge baby! I've heard from people I know that laser was painful so I'd been putting off having laser done because I was terrified of the pain. After having Cherine laser legs, underarms and some other areas I can say with confidence that it's quite literally painless. There was the random spot where it felt like the hair was being plucked but NOTHING like what I had heard. I really regret not getting laser done sooner. However, I'm glad I did wait, Cherine is very professional, relaxed and I felt like she took my fear of the potential pain seriously. No regrets!!!!
