Olivia is amazing at what she does! My skin, which is prone to break outs and dryness, always feels so soft and smooth when I leave. Liv’s work has single handedly changed the discolouration that I’ve experienced where hair grows, particularly on my underarms. She is a perfectionist and takes her time to provide a thorough service! The ambience in her room is also very relaxing and comfortable. I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I had my waxing appointment at the Comfort Room and it was honestly the most ideal experience. Olivia was so understanding, kind, and careful, constantly reassuring me and making sure I felt comfortable. I loved her attention to detail and her genuine drive to achieve perfection. The space itself is elegant, spotless and calming. I’ve finally found a reliable, judgment-free waxing place and I’ll definitely be coming back regularly. 🫶🏽

Great service amd highly recommended! . My eyebrows were waxed and tinted and they look amazing! I am so happy I found Lash and Brow Avenue ! I also had my upper lip waxed and full legs waxed and it didn’t hurt a bit. It was relaxing and you get a bit of a massage when the therapist applied cream to the waxed areas. I’ll will be coming back again to get my eyebrows done for sure and any other waxing service as well.

Great as always, my only concern is the lady used something scented to wipe excess wax off my face. I have sensitive skin so I had a reaction and my eyes and forehead swelled up. I didn’t not realise something scented would be used as it hasn’t been used on me here I n the past, in future I will advise the girls not to use anything scented on my face, especially after aggravating the skin I.e. after waxing
