Can't fault at all. Love my nails. Asked for a gonk on my Christmas nails and Claire did not disappoint. Had my eyebrows done aswell just a wax and tint but Claire doesn't rush like some places. Looking at booking in for some sort of facial in the New Year.

Absolute A1 service again. I’ve been having Gina do my nails for coming upto twelve months and I’ve never had an issues at all. She’s very friendly, professional and does my nails exactly as I want them. I would highly recommend her to anyone who’s looking to have biab nails. This was my first appointment at Phoenix nails and Beauty- what a lovely experience in a very calm and relaxed environment- I am very happy with my treatments ( Eyebrow and Lash tint ) Nicola is very welcoming and explained everything about the products and process- I would definitely recommend !

This was my first time visiting Elite Laser Beauty Clinic and certainly won't be the last. Amina was very welcoming and made me feel at ease! She was very bubbly and the results from my lash lift after one day was amazing! She went through the aftercare throughly. Definitely would recommend to people

Wow, what can I say. I have had the most relaxing and fantastic morning. Having a tailored facial with shoulder and arm massage followed eyelashes and eyebrows. Nicola was knowledgeable, considerate and professional. I melted into the bed during the treatment, feeling incredibly relaxed. Her knowledgeable on products, services she provides and skin is second to none. You feel you can relax and trust her fully. When Nicola had finished working her magic my skin, eyelashes and brows looked fantastic! I cannot recommend her enough. Will definitely be going back soon!
