Can't fault at all. Love my nails. Asked for a gonk on my Christmas nails and Claire did not disappoint. Had my eyebrows done aswell just a wax and tint but Claire doesn't rush like some places. Looking at booking in for some sort of facial in the New Year.

Absolute A1 service again. I’ve been having Gina do my nails for coming upto twelve months and I’ve never had an issues at all. She’s very friendly, professional and does my nails exactly as I want them. I would highly recommend her to anyone who’s looking to have biab nails. Had a nightmare experience with work changing my shifts last min, being stuck in traffic etc everything that could go wrong did. Claire was lovely and told me not to worry and just keep her informed which I did and she managed to get me in late last night. Can't thank her enough. Claire kindly fitted me in at very short notice after my usual nail tech let me down, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I live just round the corner, which is a bonus, but more importantly Claire made me feel completely comfortable and at ease from the moment I arrived. The service was fantastic and I’ll definitely be going back.

This was my first appointment at Phoenix nails and Beauty- what a lovely experience in a very calm and relaxed environment- I am very happy with my treatments ( Eyebrow and Lash tint ) Nicola is very welcoming and explained everything about the products and process- I would definitely recommend !

Wow, what can I say. I have had the most relaxing and fantastic morning. Having a tailored facial with shoulder and arm massage followed eyelashes and eyebrows. Nicola was knowledgeable, considerate and professional. I melted into the bed during the treatment, feeling incredibly relaxed. Her knowledgeable on products, services she provides and skin is second to none. You feel you can relax and trust her fully. When Nicola had finished working her magic my skin, eyelashes and brows looked fantastic! I cannot recommend her enough. Will definitely be going back soon!
