I have been using Emily for my beauty treatments for several years now. This visit, I had a lash lift and tint as well as my first facial, and both treatments were amazing. The space is really relaxing and Emily has such a calm, gentle nature that makes me feel comfortable throughout all of my appointments. I left feeling refreshed, but relaxed and my skin has never felt so soft and smooth. Would always recommend to anyone wanting any treatment.

Had a Hollywood wax with Ellie. She is honestly so professional and made me feel so comfortable. I was really nervous but Ellie was very quick, reassured me whole appointment and made sure I was ok throughout. I have visited many beauty salons and experienced many treatments and I can honestly say Emily is the BEST I have experienced. Luxury salon right in the centre of lowestoft, with free private car park which is brilliant for a quick look round the shops too!
