He took the time to understand exactly what my friend wanted and delivered a haircut that exceeded his expectations. Despite my friend having limited English, Tom made him feel comfortable, welcome, and understood throughout the appointment. That level of care really stood out. My friend said that if he were staying in Australia longer, he would definitely be back for another cut. Highly recommend!
