Had an amazing spa day today at Wellbeings Fairmont Dubai. Special thanks to my therapist, Susi, who was absolutely excellent. She is very professional in the way she works, and you can really tell that she knows exactly what she is doing. Her massage was relaxing and made the whole experience even better. I left feeling so happy and refreshed. I also want to mention the Filipino receptionist who was very approachable, friendly, and assisted us very well from start to finish. The specialist was really good and took time to explain the products and what’s best for your skin type. The deep cleansing part can still be improved a little, but the head and face massage were really nice and relaxing! 😊 It would be even better if they could wear masks and gloves during facials for added hygiene and customer comfort.
