Speechless. My spouse and I had a celebration and this was the best experience our entire trip in Dubai. We did the wedded couple package and enjoyed every moment. Cham Cham and SEM gave amazing massages and facials. They also catered 2 rounds of tea, a birthday cake and a fruit platter. This could never compare in Canada. Additionally, Cham Cham recommended some great products for my skin after going to work on my face. 1000/10. Service, cleanliness, results, privacy, high quality and definitely demure. Dubai may be far, but I know anytime I come back, it will be here.

Suzie who did my nails was super! She is very attentive and professional. There was a slight mix up with the prices but the staff recognised the issue and corrected it which I greatly appreciate. I’d definitely recommend getting your nails done with Suzie, she is lovely and really cares about delivering a great customer experience. I’ll definitely come back to the salon on my next visit to Dubai.

I had a 1 hour 30 minutes relaxing massage and it was the best massage I’ve had in Dubai so far. I’m no longer tense and muscles are relaxed. The massage was so relaxing that I fell asleep multiple times. Fantastic massage and would 100% recommend if you need a massage badly in Dubai!

I think this was my 10th experience with Dreamworks in Dubai. I particularly like this branch due to its close proximity to where i live, (but parking is really difficult). I always enjoy the massages at Dreamworks and never have any problems. When the therapist tells me "OK sir thank you" I am always surprised at how quickly time flies! Always great! Thank you for the consistency and the great service!

This is by far the best ever spa experience I’ve enjoyed . Astonishing location with a full immediate view on Burj Khalifa, a nice, professional and very friendly staff, an incredible private outdoor swimming pool with a breathtaking view on the highest tower in the world…. Everything was just perfect, from the hammam service, to the incredible equipments for body and facial treatments.. to the food. I highly recommend this very unique experience in Dubai. Thank you Longevity team for this incredible day.

Truly healing- Balinese massage and a facial. Had therapist- Putu. She had firm but gentle hands with exactly the amount of pressure I needed, and it was a blessing. Have tried out multiple spas in various hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi but this spa experience was good enough for me to think of booking Fairmont again on my family’s next short break.

Lovely comfortable stay in a good location not too far from everywhere. Would have liked to see ice available in the executive lounge and the shower in the room was only disappointing after I’d used the exceptional showers in the spa. Honestly the best treatment in all of Dubai. My body felt so broken after a difficult couple of years medically and Raji has been able to able to help me so so much. I feel fantastic after her treatment and I love that she customised the treatment for each client depending on their needs.
