I'm so glad I've found this lovely salon. It's such a friendly and relaxed place to visit. Lou is a very thoughtful and considerate hairdresser who has helped me fall in love with my hair again. The most beautiful calm space with the most beautiful soul. Kate really listens to you and works her magic everytime, Wouldn't go anywhere else. Also all the products Kate uses are cruelty free and such lovely smelling products🫶🏼

Kate is incredibly experienced. She has worked with all sorts of different hair and trained to style while caring. I am so lucky to have found her after years of searching for a hair dresser who knows how to handle my big thick hair. Tucked away off the magical ghandi street in Exeter, Fern is intimate beautiful and so relaxing, feels, smells and music tunes .. perfect. Her products are all ethically and sustainably sourced, and she is a very kind, cultured and warm friendly stylist to spend time with! She is also very reasonably priced. Thanks Kate for being awesome!

Had my first colour appointment with Lauren today! I was super nervous at the thought of being there for 3 hours but Lauren really kept me at ease, and didn't make me feel awkward if I didn't talk the whole time which is a problem I have had before at other hairdressers. I got blonde highlights and the final look was perfect. I am super happy with it and I left feeling very confident. Thank you so so much 💗
