She took the time to make sure I was completely happy with the result, asking questions throughout and giving honest advice about what would suit me best. It was a very hot day, and I really appreciated being offered a drink. AJ never rushed the appointment, and we had such lovely conversations that the time flew by. My sister Sienna had her hair done with Riva and we honestly couldn’t be happier. She was really worried to start with about the colour, but Riva made her feel so comfortable and reassured straight away. She knew exactly what colour and highlights would suit her best and was brilliant with her from start to finish. Sienna’s hair turned out absolutely amazing and the blonde blended perfectly.
