I had such a great experience this morning. Ellie was such a great hairdresser and she walked me through all the steps she was doing so I could understand them better and be able to apply them to my everyday routine at home. She made me feel so comfortable and just kept throwing me compliments. It was such a warm environment and Ellie kept me entertained through the whole session. Mel was fantastic. I came in with a really bad balayage, my hair had three different colours and looked so uneven. She definitely worked her magic and transformed the colour into something beautifully blended and natural looking. Highly recommend.
