The head spa experience was hands down the most relaxing spa treatment I’ve ever had and amazing value for money! The smells of the aromatherapy oils, warmth of the water and oh my gosh the massage!! Everybody should have this treatment.

We had a brilliant bathhouse experience as a couple. The facilities were clean and tidy. The decor and atmosphere was soothing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bath, sauna, steam room and ice bucket shower were excellent. We would highly recommend and will be booking again.

Great massage and facial, very relaxing, especially with the heated massage couch. Lovely scents from the oils. My first time trying an infrared booth, which was a nice new experience. Website and booking experience could have been better - opening hours advertised were not correct, no reply to the voice message I left after 24 hours, online booking took payment authorisation (i.e. no payment taken) but didn't actually make a booking. There are also different treatment options once you get to the make a booking section, than are available on the initial menu pages.

Had a lovely hour all to my self in the bath house, so nice, sauna, steam room, bucket shower, rain shower and a lovely hot bath with bubbles and bath bomb and next to it an ice bath, but the sort of baths that you can sit in or slouch in with your feet up. Just such a relaxing hour followed by and back massage and then facial. All so beautifully done I floated out thoroughly relaxed on the hottest day of the year. It was a lovely temperature inside the spa so thank you for working on such a hot day to give me such a lovely afternoon

Such a relaxing and restorative targeted treatment with attention to detail. Lucy blended products with massage techniques for a holistic experience. The warming eye mask with aromas of essential oils engage your senses and allow your mind to drift. I left with a stimulated and revitalised scalp with dryness cured which has been a godsend in the winter cold. I highly recommend! I would just note that as some of the masks are quite heavy on the lengths of your hair I probably would not make plans for after the appointment; best to time pre hair wash day (by no means a criticism).

Lucy made me feel completely at ease, and listened to my concerns regarding my sensitive scalp and reassured me with their use of organic products. From the personalised aromatherapy to the Indian head massage, scalp mask& exfoliation, mini facial and hair treatment, I left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. Usually I prefer a deep tissue massage or something that really works out the kinks, but my girlfriend booked me for an aromatherapy massage and I thought why not. In the end this was the best aromatherapy massage I’ve had, very relaxing from the start with perfectly placed pressure points and focus on the problem areas I’ve needed. My back feels opened up and amazing, only wish the massage had been longer than an hour! Thank you very much
