I had the best facial with CJ; she is truly a skin expert. She took a thorough examination of my skin and the issues I was facing, then she devised a plan to address different areas of my face. She also advised me on what products would be best for my night and morning routine. She gave me some samples and was not pushy at all for me to buy their products. I can’t wait to come back again for a facial and some skin care products. Also, I wanted an effective but relaxing facial , and that was what I received. The room is warm and cozy, and the table is warm as well.

Kierstin is so knowledgeable; she provides clear instructions for skin care at home between facials. She also has some very cool tools and techniques. We tried the spa for the 1st time for my daughter’s 21st bday. Susan was amazing for my daughter’s massage/mud detox. She was gentle and explained each detail to ensure she was comfortable. Olivia did my facial and it was the best facial I’ve ever had. She thanked me at the end for telling her my preferences and not just accepting what I did not like. She was amazing! Had a massage with Owen and it seems he did not understand how to treat a lady kindly in a massage. Nor did he know the difference between a rough massage or a deep tissue massage. Only four stars due to my experience with Owen.

My boyfriend and I did a couple massage here while we were in town for a performance in Lexington. The service was great and we both loved our massages by Owen and Sasha. Owen’s massage was likely the BEST I’ve ever had and I go often. I wanted to take him home to Nashville with me!!! 😂
