Spa was great, lounge was relaxing, employees kind, but the massage was disappointing. I asked for full body and the therapist skipped hands, front of my legs, no scalp, and barely worked arms/legs in general. I understand 60 min can be quick and maybe not every area addressed, but it can be done as I get massages often to have baseline references. I also had to ask for less elbows as it was poking into my spine and hip against bony points that made it uncomfortable. For the premium price, I do expect a therapist with enough experience to provide the quality service the price demands.

Amazing experience!!! The spa is beautiful, comfortable and very cozy. The front desk personnel is kind and super professional. My Facial treatment and my Signature Body Scrub with Olivia was excellent, she was very kind and professional and my massage with Kelsey was the best I ever had, she helped me a lot with my back pains. Will definitely recommend !!!

This was my first time visiting the Spa at The Kentucky Castle and I had a lovely experience. The way the place is set up truly helped my mind slow down and be in the moment. I’ve been to a decent amount of spas in my life and this experience (90 on deep tissue massage) was by far, hands down, the best one I’ve had in a long time. Sarah was methodical in her approach, addressed my problem areas, and asked if her suggestions for my treatment were welcomed without assuming. My massage with Sara was amazing! She is very skilled and offers the perfect balance of therapeutic massage that is also relaxing. She definitely understands the whole picture of the body and will work on the areas you're concerned about, but, also use her expertise to address areas that may also be contributing to your tightness, knots or pain that you may not realize are part of the issue. The entire team was world class, especially Owen. Best massage ever. My husband was also pleased with his massage- they really took care of our specific issues. The red-light sauna was awesome. The ladies at the front desk took great care of us as well.
