The deluxe facial was lovely and relaxing. I appreciated the trainees manner and relaxed attitude. She listened to my saying that my left buttock area was sore for back massage, so didn't put any pressure there. She had a lovely touch and pressure and wasnt rushed in her strokes. For the facial, she asked if I was comfortable, warm, which was good. She kept the light out of my face which I SO appreciated. I noted she was very quiet in her actions with products and movements and in/out of treatment area, and didn't bump/jolt the table as many do. Lovely young lady

Lily is just wonderful. The kindest loveliest woman in Tauranga, Im sure of it!! 😀 And she is very very good at what she does!! I very much loved the back massage, certainly got out the stiffness I had in my back and neck. I’ve so enjoyed the hydrating facial and all the products she used for my facial was very relaxing and calming for my skin. I love the way my eyelashes turned out since was my first time getting a lash lift and tint, I also love how my eyebrows turned out with getting them shaped and tinted. My beauty therapist was absolutely wonderful and has a lovely touch with how she works with the whole service with the back massage and the eye services. I would definitely recommend coming back here again.
