I had a CBD facial from lol and it was amazing! I was a bit worried it might smell funny, but everything smelled incredible — super fresh and relaxing. The whole experience was so soothing, I nearly fell asleep! My skin feels so soft and glowy afterwards, and that face and scalp massage? Absolutely unreal. Can’t wait to book another one!

This was my second facial with Lolly and exactly what my poor dry skin needed after weeks of DIY and neglect. The products she uses are beautiful and my face was proper glowing afterwards - this will definitely be a regular treat for myself! I heartily recommend the crystal bed add-on for anyone wanting to make their treatment even more magical and relaxing.

Natalie was very knowledgeable on advising what I need to be using on my skin to keep it hydrated and in good condition. The clinic room was very clean and relaxing. Getting a facial is my new favourite way to spend a lunch break!

Had my usual appointment with Rosie, another great job on my nails & toes. Historically I have visited various salons in both Sunderland & Newcastle & have to say the experience I have had since coming to Dolled Up has been by far the best. The atmosphere is friendly & relaxed & all staff make you feel very welcome, I would definitely recommend this salon, their range of treatments & pricing is very competitive.

Brilliant service as usual very friendly would highly recommend. Lash lift with brow and lash tint - top lip and eyebrow wax.

Wow definitely a 10 star I had a drift away Facial today fantastic Mel made me feel comfortable and went though all of the treatment and what I was getting I felt so relaxed getting my facial and the soft music in the background I could of went to sleep. Had a fantastic relaxing massage and express microdermabrasion facial with Mel. I have been a client of Mel’s for quite a while and she is always very welcoming and friendly and provides an amazing service. Can’t recommend Mel as a therapist highly enough.

Had a gorgeous facial off the lovely Emma this morning. Couldn’t recommend her enough, she makes you feel so welcome and is very thorough with her treatments.

As always, Emma made me feel welcome and relaxed. I enjoyed the winter warmer package which was a 30min aromatherapy massage and a 30min facial. A bargain of a deal! I fekt totally pampered! ❤️
