What can I say - Tracy took her time with me, explained everything she was doing and I felt totally at ease. Very professional and clearly extremely knowledgable about her field of work. I even left with an extra piercing!! My face feels amazing after a dermaplaning session - I will be booking in once a month! Cannot recommend her highly enough. I’ve found my new favourite place!!

Absolute stunning salon, everyone seemed very friendly and welcoming. Heather was an absolute angel with my consultations and explained everything in so much detail which really helped as sometimes it can be very overwhelming when you don’t understand much of a service. Everything was very clear to me and organised with ease. Can’t wait to come back for my next appointment

Charlotte is absolutely amazing! Hands down she gave me the best lash lift and tint I have EVER had. I've had some bad experiences before with other beauticians where my lashes have ended up clumped together but every single lash was separated and they are curled to perfection with Charlotte. Not only that, the last one she did for me lasted for months! Next time, I'm going to get a brow lamination done as well because this girl is out here transforming faces and saving everyone precious time in the mornings.

Such a beautiful experience from start to finish! I had a facial and massage today and honestly couldn’t be happier. The whole vibe was calm, peaceful, and smelt incredible. Ciara my therapist was so lovely and really took time to understand my skin and what I wanted from the treatment. The facial was super relaxing, I nearly dozed off!! and my skin looked so fresh and glowy! It felt amazing! The massage was just perfect exactly what my face, shoulders, and neck needed. I’ve had quite a few facials with Rio now and I absolutely love them. Each treatment is so relaxing — Rio is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and truly makes you feel at ease. The whole team at the salon is so welcoming too, which just adds to the lovely experience. Since visiting, I’ve seen big improvements with my skin and couldn’t be happier. Easy painless face laser experience.

So happy I discovered Tracy and her zapper. Getting ‘swim ready’ for my sons weekly swimming lessons was unbearable with ingrown hairs/painful lumps. Some weeks we wouldn’t go as I just couldn’t face the razor. Now no more painful weekly shaves, I’m swim ready in less time & my bikini area no longer looks diseased! To top it off Tracy is a diamond who puts you totally at ease whilst at your most ‘exposed’. I would recommend to anyone thinking about having it done. It’s a game changer x

It’s a real treat to visit Tracy, in more ways than one. She’s a master of her craft and you always come out feeling fabulous, but you don’t stop laughing from the moment you arrive. Her stories are hilarious and if you’re lucky like me, you might even learn a thing or two!!

Found ciara by chance on Facebook, so glad I did as I love how she does my eyelashes and brows. She’s such a nice girl always makes sure you’re comfortable and ok. Definitely recommend her.
