What can I say - Tracy took her time with me, explained everything she was doing and I felt totally at ease. Very professional and clearly extremely knowledgable about her field of work. I even left with an extra piercing!! My face feels amazing after a dermaplaning session - I will be booking in once a month! Cannot recommend her highly enough. I’ve found my new favourite place!!

Charlotte is absolutely amazing! Hands down she gave me the best lash lift and tint I have EVER had. I've had some bad experiences before with other beauticians where my lashes have ended up clumped together but every single lash was separated and they are curled to perfection with Charlotte. Not only that, the last one she did for me lasted for months! Next time, I'm going to get a brow lamination done as well because this girl is out here transforming faces and saving everyone precious time in the mornings.

So happy I discovered Tracy and her zapper. Getting ‘swim ready’ for my sons weekly swimming lessons was unbearable with ingrown hairs/painful lumps. Some weeks we wouldn’t go as I just couldn’t face the razor. Now no more painful weekly shaves, I’m swim ready in less time & my bikini area no longer looks diseased!
