What can I say - Tracy took her time with me, explained everything she was doing and I felt totally at ease. Very professional and clearly extremely knowledgable about her field of work. I even left with an extra piercing!! My face feels amazing after a dermaplaning session - I will be booking in once a month! Cannot recommend her highly enough. I’ve found my new favourite place!!

I’ve had quite a few facials with Rio now and I absolutely love them. Each treatment is so relaxing — Rio is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and truly makes you feel at ease. The whole team at the salon is so welcoming too, which just adds to the lovely experience. Since visiting, I’ve seen big improvements with my skin and couldn’t be happier. Charlotte was very welcoming and made me feel totally at ease and talked me through every step of the facial which completely put my mind at ease as i never had microneedling before. But after deep cleanse my face felt so much brighter and less dull. Highly recommend i definitely be back.

So happy I discovered Tracy and her zapper. Getting ‘swim ready’ for my sons weekly swimming lessons was unbearable with ingrown hairs/painful lumps. Some weeks we wouldn’t go as I just couldn’t face the razor. Now no more painful weekly shaves, I’m swim ready in less time & my bikini area no longer looks diseased! LOVE my massages with Rio so much that I've followed her to her to her new studio. It's such a calm and inviting space and I always come out feeling refreshed and relaxed. She takes her time to work on particular areas of tension and I feel great afterwards. Can't recommend her enough.
