Nadia used various techniques to apply gentle pressure to my face and before long I found myself in a very relaxed state. After the treatment Nadia gave me time to gather myself together. Looking in the mirror in the treatment room I could definately see and feel a difference to my skin and even my facial expression was relaxed. Massage and facial were great, probably the best I've had. Friendly staff. Lovely environment. Unfortunately the gel nails were not to my expectations. Missing a top coat on one toe, and it looks like one hand has had one coat more than the other. Plus they've started to chip after 3 days.

Recommended by a friend, I booked with Nadia for a Hollywood waxing and having never been waxed before, I got to say I was immediately put at ease by Nadia who is lovely and a natural people person.
