Myself and my husband's first time in the cryo chamber and sauna. Got to be said from start to finish we were We'll looked after. We were talked through everything from start to finish. Made to feel so welcome by the staff. Felt so refreshed and rejuvenated after our treatment. We've already booked another session. I'd highly recommend visiting the cold room to discuss the most suitable treatment for you.

Treated myself to a full reset today… Body Ballancer, Dermalux LED and Cryotherapy. 💙 The Body Ballancer left my legs feeling incredibly light, I actually fell asleep during my Dermalux session (it’s that relaxing!) and my skin has such a healthy glow afterwards. Then into the cryotherapy chamber for 5 minutes to finish—walking out feeling energised, refreshed and ready to take on the rest of the day. Honestly, I forget just how amazing this combination makes me feel. And yes… I know I own the place! 😂 But our 5⭐ Google reviews are from real customers, so don’t just take my word for it.

I had the Body Ballancer sports massage for my legs and Dermalux LED light therapy. Such a relaxing experience after a long day in the office. I completely switched off, left feeling refreshed and ready for the rest of the week. Highly recommend!

I had a pamper session at Serene S Aesthetics as a birthday present. I had an incredible experience. I was booked a full body Swedish massage, brow tint, underarm wax and a pedicure, and every single service was 10/10. The massage was deeply relaxing that I fell asleep, my brows have never looked better, and my pedicure is absolutely flawless. Had a fantastic and relaxed time with Sandra including a massage, pedicure, facial and plenty of great advice on aftercare as well as a friendly service and relaxed atmosphere. The place is easy to find in Newport with plenty of parking nearby and nice and quiet for a relaxing time.
