WOW!! Is all I can say. This was my first ever wax & IT was fantastic! Ella made me feel so comfortable and at ease. It was not as awkward as I imagined. I would recommend this service 100%. PS, the space is amazing.

The Beauty Shack did not disappoint again. I had massage and facial with Sam and it was excatly what i needed. My body felt relaxed and my skin felt so soft and still does a week after. Cannot wait to be back.

Ell is was very kind and welcoming and was amazing at putting me at ease while doing my intimate waxing. Very professional but so easy to chat to. The service was 10/10 exactly like her Instagram pics. The wax was done quickly and efficiently so pain was a minimum, and the added vajacial was such a relaxing end to the treatment that I almost fell asleep 🤣🤣 Thank you so much for getting me holiday ready lovely, you are a star and I will be booking in again soon 🩷

Today was my 3rd appointment with the wonderful Ellie. I have been seeing Ellie to have some skin tags and a Cherry Angioma removed from my face and neck and today was to review the results. Ellie is super friendly and very professional. When I first saw her she took the time to fully explain the procedures and what to expect during them and afterwards. I am extremely pleased with the results and will be seeing her again to take a look at some age spots that I have with a view to having them removed. I would not hesitate to recommend Ellie to anyone considering having facial procedures.
