I went in for the Decleor aromatherapy facial with Mandy. I have had this treatment on a few previous occasions. I can't recommend it enough! You will be chilled from the minute you lie down. Included with this massage, is a back massage. You then have the most amazing smelling skin care on your face and neck. It is a lovely treatment and well worth the money, so ladies, treat yourself!

I have been here several times before. I have experienced different treatments. Today, I had the express facial, using Neals yard products. I'd forgotten how lovely the treatments are. My skin felt amazing when I left and I was lovely and chilled. Thank you Mandy.

Excellent, the best one yet. Liza was very reassuring from the onset. It became very obvious she knew what she was doing without being an overbearingly know all. Quietly confident and sympathetic to her client was her forte. Will definitely arrange a massage next time I’m in Llandudno!

Had a lovely few days at Bodysgallen. Great hotel with plentiful and personable staff. The building is full of historical connections and has several comfortable public rooms, ideal for relaxing or reading. The gardens and the spa are on your doorstep and are really well maintained and add to the overall experience. Location wise, Bodnant garden and Llandudno are both within 15 mins drive.

I had my first Environ electrical facial and it was a pleasant experience. Beauty therapist Megan asked me first to fill in a personal consultation form and a more in depth from the company Environ. Once in the treatment room, she explained the upcoming procedure in a calm and professional manner. She asked me as well if I had any questions before she started. After a good cleanse of my skin, she started with the light and electric shocks which gave a sort of prickly feeling. I was very relaxed. A creamy thick face mask was layered over my face, eyes and mouth too.

Love Indulgence such a beautiful Spa ❤️My treatment with Lindsay😁 I had the Derma Quest facial treatment & LED mask.Lindsay was a fantastic therapist very proffessional very confident and talked me through each step of process as I love details.I was worried about having a microdermabrasion facial as I was working next day,but honestly I am gobsmacked at how easy & how comfortable the treament was from start to finish.My skin needed this badly as my skincare & make up just wasnt sitting right due to the dead skin cells lurking around areas of my face.I also seen results instantly,Love it ❤️
