Had hot waxing today with Nat for the second time. She put me at ease straight away and surprisingly, it was rather pain free experience. I highly recommend Kay for lip and chin threading. I've had this done elsewhere, but the experience with Kay was second to none. She was very friendly and welcoming and put me at ease immediately.
