Had hot waxing today with Nat for the second time. She put me at ease straight away and surprisingly, it was rather pain free experience. This is my second facial with Lauren and it was exceptional. I had a wild rising facial which used lovely products and the whole process was incredibly relaxing. I will be making this a monthly ritual. Highly recommend Lauren for anyone looking for a great facialist and some time to relax.

Lauren is always so friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere at her salon is extremely calming. Lauren is very knowledgeable and experienced and understands my skin concerns and tailors the treatment perfectly. Every step feels thoughtful and luxurious. A neck and shoulder massage was included in the facial I booked - so relaxing! My skin looks brighter, feels smoother and has a healthy glow. I left feeling pampered and genuinely cared for.
