Had hot waxing today with Nat for the second time. She put me at ease straight away and surprisingly, it was rather pain free experience. I visited Lauren today for a facial and honestly was blown away by just how outstanding the entire process was. Booking was smooth and simple. Lauren sent me a detailed account of how to find her including parking options- this was fantastic for me knowing exactly where to go and how to find her! My facial was one of the best I have ever had. The products felt unreal and smelt amazing. The neck and shoulder massage left me fully relaxed and finally focused on myself rather than thinking about what to make for tea!! For the first time ever I did not feel guilty having some much needed R&R!
