I booked the Waxtini Deluxe for my first-ever waxing experience, and I’m so glad I did. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. The private setting made me feel at ease right away, and Hatun was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The results were flawless, and the location was easy to find. I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to waxing—highly recommended will definitely go again and not to mention her playlist is amazing 🤍🤍

Great experience. It was my first time visiting Arivon and I will now not be going anywhere else for my waxing. Danielle was amazing, so professional and really lovely. Great facial by Poojah. Perfect pressure for the massage. My only gripe is when you are left with a face mask on during a facial - as I was here. I wish all therapists would make better use of the time eg do a hand or arm or head massage for you. I can sit with a face mask on at home! Other than that, no complaints and will return.

Would highly recommend. Therapist made me feel so comfortable and relaxed for waxing treatment.

I was a little bit nervous after it being a while since having my last wax but she made me feel so comfortable and talked me through the process. Offered me drinks and made sure I was comfortable as it was a warm day. Was done very quickly and was perfect for the self care day I needed! Very warm and relaxing atmosphere, all around great service! In love with all the waxing areas I’ve had done as I’ve been left smooth and can’t wait to rebook in a few weeks time!

Nian is a amazing nail artist and an amazing person. It is clear she has a lot of experience and knows exactly what she is doing. I know that when I leave the salon, I will have beautiful nails and a smile on my face. Super professional and friendly and I couldn't recommend anyone more than I would her.

The lady was lovely and did really good waxing and I did not feel much pain. She was lovely to talk.
