Nails were very nice. Salon felt safe and comfortable, however could you possibly ensure that facemasks are worn over the nose also, not just the mouth. (my technician was wearing hers correctly). Thank you.

Thank you, Lilly, for my amazing microneedling session today! My skin already feels incredible, and I was genuinely shocked at how glowy my face looked after just one treatment. Lilly took the time to explain the aftercare and recommend specific products, which was so helpful. She was careful and precise with everything she did, and her knowledge really put me at ease. Everything was sterile — she even unpackaged all the needles in front of me so I could see they were fresh and new. Thank you again for such a fantastic treatment. First visit to Essence and Co for appointment for eyebrow styling (reshaping waxing), of rather bushy brows!. Met the lovely Maya who is welcoming, friendly and puts you immediately at ease. The appointment is in a private studio with a relaxed discussion about what I want to achieve style wise, measurements taken and professional advise given about what will work and look good, and a long term plan for reshaping. So happy with the results! Will definitely rebook for regular appointments :)
