Wow! Thanks to Gagan I have the brows of my dreams! Lovely salon, and Gagan is very welcoming and friendly! I have thin, sparse brows, with not much natural shape, but Gagan worked her magic and tinted and shaped them to absolute perfection! Very, very happy with my brows and will definitely be returning!

There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. They are different from other hair salons that have a one nail table and few colors ..so I recommend to anyone local customer around this shop also I come from city centre Birmingham it was 3 mailege but it's worth

Loveleen has been providing me waxing service for more than a year. She is caring and kind, she understands her client's needs and make sure that they get the best service possible. Had a brilliant experience, appointment was carried out to an extremely professional standard & the premises was spotlessly clean. I showed my mum my freshly threaded eyebrows as soon as I left because of how happy I was with them and she has now booked an appointment also! First visit to Essence and Co for appointment for eyebrow styling (reshaping waxing), of rather bushy brows!. Met the lovely Maya who is welcoming, friendly and puts you immediately at ease. The appointment is in a private studio with a relaxed discussion about what I want to achieve style wise, measurements taken and professional advise given about what will work and look good, and a long term plan for reshaping. So happy with the results! Will definitely rebook for regular appointments :)
