I had my second classic medi-facial today. It can only be described as a feast for the senses. The quality of the products feel luxurious on the skin and their fragrances smell fresh, uplifting and feminine. My favourite part was the calming sensation of the massage as Emme worked her magic over my face, neck and arms. It is a most relaxing, rejuvenating and therapeutic experience. Alana is always absolutely amazing! Never been disappointed with how beautiful my brows and lashes look, lashes are getting longer, I have naturally straight lashes so the lift makes me feel 10/10. Brow lam, wax & tint I couldn’t go without anymore either, haven’t had to do my brows myself in years!

The service was outstanding from start to finish. They achieved exactly the colour I wanted, and I finally found a hairdresser who truly listens to what you’re asking for. The cut was perfect, tailored to my hair type and the shape of my face. The overall experience was wonderful, they took great care of me, offered complimentary biscuits, and the head spa with the massage chairs was absolutely fantastic. The salon itself is elegant, minimal, and impeccably clean. The prices are genuinely fair for the quality of service provided. The result is a sublime colour and a look that truly suits me!

I had a wonderful experience at The Lash and Brow Gallery with Oscar! I have sensitive skin, so I’m always a bit cautious, but Oscar was incredibly gentle and attentive. The eyelash extensions look amazing and feel so natural, and the brow wax was done with such care—no irritation at all. The whole experience was professional, relaxing, and exceeded my expectations. Had my second ever lash lift & tint this morning and First time in Mel’s expert hands. I’ve stared long and hard in the mirror, and every single one of my upper lashes has been carefully curled and tinted.
