After being to see Peeka a few times at Lash Envy (Oakleigh), I will probably never see another lash tech anywhere else again until the day she retires. I work from home and this is the one time during the week I leave my house, and Peeka has made the experience amazing for me both times I have been now. This time I was there, we tweaked the arrangement of lashes based on how the last set turned out - and I could cry (if I was able to without my lashes getting ruined) at how perfect they are on my face. I can't stop looking at them!!! 10/10!!!!

I have had so many bad waxing experiences, I have found a couple of good therapists but they moved on to different things. I’ve had welts on my face, one pulled the skin off my upper lip. I felt so happy I found Ourania, she is really down to earth & quick and efficient. She knows what she is doing 😊

I had my second classic medi-facial today. It can only be described as a feast for the senses. The quality of the products feel luxurious on the skin and their fragrances smell fresh, uplifting and feminine. My favourite part was the calming sensation of the massage as Emme worked her magic over my face, neck and arms. It is a most relaxing, rejuvenating and therapeutic experience. You will not want it to end! Thank you so very much Emme.

Amy really listened and made me feel comfortable for my first appointment. I’ve had some bad experiences with my brows which has made me really cautious about who I go to for my brows. It’s really good that they map out the shape and check in with you before doing the waxing :)

The BIO micro needling treatment was a mixture of senses. The prickly sensation initially took you me by surprise, but in doing so, I realised the treatment is working its magic. The best part is the silky mask that Emme gently applies all over the face followed by two fragrant serums. I have noticeable pigmentation on my cheeks and by the end of the first treatment I could actually see an improvement in my skin. I’m definitely looking forward to the second stage of this four stage treatment. I highly recommend the BIO micro needling treatment! Thank you so much Emme.

It was my first time visiting The Lash and Brow Gallery Malvern and I had such a great experience. I had my lashes tinted and my eyebrows waxed and tinted with Oscar, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The salon is beautiful, calm, and welcoming, and Oscar was amazing — professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very skilled at what he does. He made me feel comfortable straight away and took great care throughout the appointment. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend booking with Oscar.

Wonderful experience. Tia was friendly and helpful when choosing the best length and style of lashes. She applied some lashes and then I checked the length was what I wanted. Jess has a great understanding of what my skin issues are and her knowledge in her field is amazing (my skin has improved immensely). Anna is amazing with waxing/brows. A friendly group of ladies who take pride in what they do.

Steph was brilliant! She welcomed me in and sat me down straight away, offering tea or coffee. She spent a few minutes understanding what i was wanting and making suggestions that would help the style suit my face before getting started. My hair is incredibly long and Steph worked efficiently to reduce the weight it holds while still keeping it to the length I was wanting. She then finished up with a natural blow wave and style, making suggestions on care and upkeep. I could not recommend Stardust and Steph enough! Thank you Steph :)

Love Face Haven! Maia is always so careful when doing my lashes and eyebrows. One of the only places that my eyes don’t water or make my eyes irritated. She is so careful with you and does an amazing job!
