I have had so many bad waxing experiences, I have found a couple of good therapists but they moved on to different things. I’ve had welts on my face, one pulled the skin off my upper lip. I felt so happy I found Ourania, she is really down to earth & quick and efficient. She knows what she is doing 😊

Heidi is always exceptional! She’s maintains a very high standard in service and always treats every customer with care, with careful hygiene standards. Great. Natalie is very able to keep me from getting overwhelmed . I tend to tense up and grit my teeth. She explained that when I did that, I was making muscles in my face tighten , which I didn’t realise.

Love my eyebrows sooo much !!
