I had to come back! 1st time was a lip wax + eyebrow wax. Staff was very kind and really listened to how I liked my eyebrows and understood the shape of my face. 2nd time was an eyelash lift and tint. I believe we went slightly over time because they really wanted to make the eyelashes perfect, lifted and strong in colour. Highly recommend, super attentive and amazing customer service. Best manicure & pedicure AND the best staff & service in Melbourne!! My bridesmaids and I visited Luminous Hair, Nail & Spa to get manipedis before my wedding and had the BEST time! Staff were so friendly and fun and we had great chats with all of them during our visit. Our nails look amazing too. Love the colours and the quality finish. Cassandra is incredibly passionate about her work. She pays attention, never rushes, and is very precise with what she does. I don’t get my brows done often as there usually isn’t much to do, most places finish in 5seconds but she took time to make sure everything was perfectly symmetrical .I’m genuinely happy with the result. She even encouraged me to let her know if anything didn’t look right once I got home, which shows how much she cares about her clients’ satisfaction. I’m really pleased with the outcome. She did an amazing job on both my brows and my brother’s waxing. Highly recommend!

We return to Riad time and time again. He always ensures my son is happy with his ever changing style preferences. My son has a double crown with thick hair.
