I really appreciated all the small details, from making sure the bed was in the right position, the hair tie and trinket tray, to the lip balm at the end, every little detail had been thought of and it just really elevated the whole experience.

I came here today for the first time to have old BIAB removed and a new set applied. The staff were very welcoming and Lotty did a fantastic job. My natural nails are very weak and brittle and she was very gentle to make sure she didn’t do any more damage and her work looks very clean and natural. She recommended to shape them to complement my hands and I could not be happier! I’m so glad to have found my new nail salon since I recently moved to Melbourne, I can’t wait to go back in a few weeks for an infill.

Okay, I have to hype up Alessia because she is truly that girl when it comes to brows!! I’ve tried a few different places before, but once I found her, that was it I’ve been going back ever since. Her studio is adorable, super clean, and just gives cozy vibes, but honestly it’s her personality that makes the experience even better. She’s so welcoming and easy to talk to. And her work… WOW. I have never met anyone who can shape brows like her. She takes her time, gets every detail perfect. My face always looks lifted from her brow service!! I walk out feeling so pretty everytime 💖

I couldn't be happier with my PRF progress with Nurse Sandra. All my filler (from other clinics) has all been dissolved and I'm filling those spaces with PRF instead. My skin has never been clearer! I'm already booked in to have my leg veins removed and a full face refresh before an overseas trip. Regenerative skincare is the best thing I've ever done for my skin and I can't recommend Sandra enough!!!

I have very sensitive eyes and have tried several lash salons around Melbourne, but this place is by far the most comfortable experience I’ve had in the city. YUKA is amazing – she is extremely attentive, gentle, and also very fast, which makes a huge difference. My eyes never feel irritated, and the lashes always turn out beautiful and natural after i’ve got set! Highly recommend this salon, especially YUKA, if you’re looking for comfort and quality.

I’ve been going to Connie for my beauty needs for years and honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else. She is amazing at what she does. She’s always professional, thorough, and consistent. I had to come back! 1st time was a lip wax + eyebrow wax. Staff was very kind and really listened to how I liked my eyebrows and understood the shape of my face. 2nd time was an eyelash lift and tint. I believe we went slightly over time because they really wanted to make the eyelashes perfect, lifted and strong in colour. Highly recommend, super attentive and amazing customer service. Best manicure & pedicure AND the best staff & service in Melbourne!! My bridesmaids and I visited Luminous Hair, Nail & Spa to get manipedis before my wedding and had the BEST time! Staff were so friendly and fun and we had great chats with all of them during our visit. Our nails look amazing too. Love the colours and the quality finish. I have a troublesome toenail which most salons aren’t attentive to but the staff here were so gentle. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! Thank you!!
