Best manicure & pedicure AND the best staff & service in Melbourne!! My bridesmaids and I visited Luminous Hair, Nail & Spa to get manipedis before my wedding and had the BEST time! Staff were so friendly and fun and we had great chats with all of them during our visit. Our nails look amazing too. Love the colours and the quality finish. I have a troublesome toenail which most salons aren’t attentive to but the staff here were so gentle. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! Thank you!!

First appointment with Sculpt & Tint service. Kate was wonderful. Consult prior to starting was detailed yet quick. The brow sculpting was so precise and she was so gentle. Hardly felt ‘pain’ from the wax or tweezers. So happy with my brows. Will be returning to keep maintained!

Okay, I have to hype up Alessia because she is truly that girl when it comes to brows!! I’ve tried a few different places before, but once I found her, that was it I’ve been going back ever since. Her studio is adorable, super clean, and just gives cozy vibes, but honestly it’s her personality that makes the experience even better. She’s so welcoming and easy to talk to. And her work… WOW. I have never met anyone who can shape brows like her. She takes her time, gets every detail perfect. My face always looks lifted from her brow service!! I walk out feeling so pretty everytime 💖

I had lash extensions for the very first time in my life by T Nguyen at Ultralashedup. I went for Natural Anime however, took suggestions by Nguyen and asked her to do what would suit my face. She suggested Classic as its easier to maintain when you are new to lash extensions. So I went for Classic Wet Cateye. She was super humble, sweet and gentle. No stinging, was quick and beautifully executed by Nguyen. Highly recommend their salon great attention to detail as well. Would come back for sure🎀💝

As always, a fabulous experience. Ace is an artist. I always leave looking amazing, sharp and feeling like he actually cares about my hair. He has attention to detail, checks things are actually symmetrical and balanced. I'm here on a trip from interstate, this was my go to barber, and made a point to come back to see him. 10 stars. Amazing.

I had an injury which meant Mela could not do a full facial on all of my face. To my surprise she took a small amount off the final cost. So kind and an unexpected gesture where one feels valued and the service is personal

I couldn't be happier with my PRF progress with Nurse Sandra. All my filler (from other clinics) has all been dissolved and I'm filling those spaces with PRF instead. My skin has never been clearer! I'm already booked in to have my leg veins removed and a full face refresh before an overseas trip. Regenerative skincare is the best thing I've ever done for my skin and I can't recommend Sandra enough!!!

I have very sensitive eyes and have tried several lash salons around Melbourne, but this place is by far the most comfortable experience I’ve had in the city. YUKA is amazing – she is extremely attentive, gentle, and also very fast, which makes a huge difference. My eyes never feel irritated, and the lashes always turn out beautiful and natural after i’ve got set! Highly recommend this salon, especially YUKA, if you’re looking for comfort and quality.

I had to come back! 1st time was a lip wax + eyebrow wax. Staff was very kind and really listened to how I liked my eyebrows and understood the shape of my face. 2nd time was an eyelash lift and tint. I believe we went slightly over time because they really wanted to make the eyelashes perfect, lifted and strong in colour. Highly recommend, super attentive and amazing customer service. This is the first time I have come here.. I have been in hospital for 7 days at Royal Melbourne..and need a wash and blow wave. I looked up hair dressers in the Carlton area and this salon had 5 star reviews.. it did not disappoint. Great. Service and very clean . Made me feel good. Tulip beauty in Kensington is absolutely THE place to get done with my eyebrows tattoo, all my friends say the results looks awesome . Everyone is very helpful and very professional ! 100% recommended. Just 6 minutes from CBD Melbourne by train too , will definitely be back for different treatment 😃♥️
