After flying in had a few hours to kill before meeting my daughter for AC/DC. Pre booked, Ref: 2329FF39 easy process. Had a Hot Towel Head Shave followed by a Traditional Hot Towel Wet Shave. My guru was Jireh and she did not disappoint. Fromm the moment the oil hit my head through to the moment she finished the entire experience was amazing, the face shave was so good that with the towel over my eyes i fell asleep and apologised for snoring haha. If in Sydney will definetly go back again. Will also be booking same experiences in the Melb store.

Very relaxing and even with my stiff back and shoulders Hina did an amazing job to help loosen them up. Sorry for making your hands and thumbs very tired because my back was so tight 😭. Definitely would come again when i visit Sydney.

I always love my massages at Zen but my massage today with Ryoko was especially relaxing! I told her my tense areas on my shoulder and she massaged my neck and also my jaw which she said also contributed to my tense shoulders. I think this shows her level of expertise in finding the root to our tension all over our body, not only to the area where we feel pain. Thank you Ryoko!

Paloma massaged a new soul into my body. I came in tense, puffy, and hunched from 10-hour laptop days, and I left lighter, looser, and basically reborn. She removed every knot in my upper back and used lymphatic drainage to help with bloating and fluid retention, especially around my neck. I also tried the hot stones add on, and it was sooo good, especially in the cold winter. And don’t even get me started on the scalp massage… actually, yes. It was life-changing. Paloma, I’ll be back. I returned for the second session of Seitai and Mayumi san remembered the spots that required to work on already. I felt much better after and will definitely return to visit next time I am in Sydney. Highly recommended.

What a fabulous experience, my overplucked brows are now perfection. Svetlana is an absolute professional and so fussy, making sure my brows were on point and took the time to gently guide me through the process, I’m already recommending EE to my friends, perfect procedure for those of us that wear glasses and have difficulty seeing when drawing ✍️ on our brows daily, I will be saving soooo much time now my brows have been pimped to perfection 💋
