The staff were highly professional and very gentle. And the environment was quiet, clean, and well organized. Loving this new face sculpt service. My jaw holds so much tension and I can feel the spaciousness the massage creates. It lifts my cheek bones and also helps with fine lines by increasing blood flow. Just incredible!

I got an hour lymphatic drainage massage and a 45 minute facial tension relief massage from Miina. It was the best experience right from the start to the very end when she put a face mask on me and moisturiser after. 100% will be back to see Miina.

Had a 60 minute massage and 30 minute facial with Mina yesterday and I'm still floating today. She worked around my tender sore hips with exactly the right amount of pressure to loosen them up without being painful, and the experience (especially the facial) was SUPER relaxing. I've previously seen Mayumi and a male massage therapist at Alpha but am only now getting around to reviewing, but it's five stars and a hard reco from me - get yourself a lovely massage :)

Rena was amazing! I got a Facial Lymphatic Massage and it was honestly one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had. She was super gentle, really knew what she was doing, and made me feel totally at ease the whole time. My face felt so much lighter and refreshed afterward. I had the most amazing lymphatic massage with Paloma today, and I can’t recommend her enough! She focused on my stomach to help with my tummy issues, and the results were incredible. I had extraction and deep cleasing session with Elisa and it was absolutely amazing experience. She was through with understanding my skin condition prior to the session and the actual treament including the facial massage was definitely best I've ever experienced! Second treatment with the Kolgi facial massage - still good!! Soooo relaxing, fell asleep again unintentionally LOL! Face is glowing and sculpted. The team at Zen is amazing, as they would always make sure your specific concerns are met at each treatment and would never assume you would just want the "usual". Will be making this treatment a regular routine for me!

Wow! Most soothing experience with my clothes on ever! Bald guy paradise: head shave/ massage and face shave/massage. 75 minutes in the chair and worth every penny! If only I lived closer than 10,000 miles to the shop!
