I had previously had sports massages for my back and shoulders, being based at a desk most days, but they just left me feeling in another type of pain for a week afterwards. Jaimie managed to sort the knots out but nicely enough that I even fell asleep for a couple of minutes (embarrassing but true!). A great, calm and recharging experience.

Absolutely amazing ! I couldn't have wished for better. The lady's are very warm and welcoming the centre is clean warm and inviting. I had the full body deep tissue massage my up back traps and shoulders were tight and full of nots. Not anymore I can now turn my head without pain or tightness. Iv booked to return again next month .

I had the most relaxing pregnancy massage with Kathryn. I was made to feel extremely comfortable, the massage made me feel like a new woman as I have been suffering with leg cramps and back ache in my third trimester. I couldn't recommend Kathryn enough. Myself and my 10 year old daughter visited for a back massage after having some tension around the top of our back and shoulders . The room was set out perfectly ,very stylish and had a really cosy , calm feeling to it . Holly was really friendly and helpful advising us on the best treatments and talking us through our visit . The oils she used smelt amazing and the massage was great . Holly really worked through the muscle always making sure we were comfortable with the pressure used , finding knots I didn’t even know I had! Would highly recommend .
