Every treatment I have at Enerchi is always a true joy and a real treat. I was running 5 minutes late and flustered but the staff always make you feel so calm and are always kind. Each treatment always feels ‘above and beyond’ and very good value. Similarly they always try and fit me in for an appointment if I call up at short notice too. Final shout out for the stunning window displays all year round! It’s a real precious haven in Penarth.

Always a pleasure to see jade , I don’t live locally but when visiting family in Penarth I like to book in , a fantastic salon ☺️

Thai touch, give the best Thai massage around the vale and Cardiff I highly recommend them. I have had Lek the last couple of times and she is very strong formthebthai yoga massage gets all the knots out and all the staff are very friendly and professional 10/10 I will be back regularly

Second session and it’s been amazing, I’m looking forward to the others and I can definitely see myself booking another 5, I was in a lot of pain post op and after the first session I was so much more mobile and barely touched the painkillers I had from the surgeon, not to mention the reduction in swelling I could see my waist coming back for the first time! Atmosphere is always amazing, professionalism 10/10, information I’ve been given has been beyond useful for recovery from surgery! I would highly recommend Simply Contoured aesthetics! I have been going to Ener-Chi in Penarth for just over a year and every beauty therapist that I have seen has done a great job. Today, Eloise tinted my eyebrows and eyelashes. She always listens to what I want and is gentle with removing the tint so my eyes don’t sting. Great job and I highly recommend the salon.

This was the best massage I have ever had. The therapist was so attentive and she knew exactly where my pain was without me telling her. What an amazing treatment. Natalie was so friendly and put me at ease right from the start. I could see a noticeable difference in my tummy by the end of the session, so impressed and will definitely be back.

I phoned Enerchi requesting an urgent appointment as I had pulled my back badly and was struggling to walk. Although full they manipulated the appointments to fit me in I had Jo for the massage who was absolutely fantastic. The massage was amazing and has made a huge difference to my mobility. I had a whole body massage by Rosie today. She was absolutely amazing. Polite, professional and she did wonders on my back. I will definitely book again .

Such a great massage! Booked in for a 90 minute hot oil but whilst there and with the therapist, we decided to change to a deep tissue. She was incredible! Found build ups in my muscles that I don’t even know existed and did some magic in my armpit that releases my neck?? Amazing. Will be back!!
