Was my second time coming here and there’s no other place like it in London. I always ask for the strongest possible pressure and I don’t always get that. But both times I have been here now I have had the best experience! Incredibly friendly staff and amazing massage!

Farzana is the sweetest, most attentive therapist I've met since moving to London 20yrs ago. Everyone in the salon area welcoming and makes you feel at home. My lashes have lasted in good condition for 5 weeks. I've booked and going back today and I can't recommend enough.

Fantastic experience at Alo London! My mother visited for a haircut and eyebrow waxing, and we couldn't be happier. A huge shoutout to Alice, the hairstylist, who was adorable, highly professional, and incredibly patient with my mom. The eyebrow waxing was top-notch too, exactly what she asked for. I highly recommend this lovely place in London!

Just had the most wonderful facial with April. She sat down and talked to me about my skin concerns and regimen, then proceeded to the treatment with relaxing massages throughout. Perfect way to melt the stress away. I don’t normally say this about a lot of facials I get in London, but worth every penny! Will be coming back soon xx

Booking a buccal/face massage with Kush was truly worth both the time and money. Kush is not only knowledgeable but also very welcoming and engaging throughout the whole experience. I’m naturally the type of person who keeps my guard up around unfamiliar people, but the moment I entered the treatment room, I immediately felt safe, comfortable, and at ease even before the session started.
