What a lovely therapy centre! I have recently had a sports massage with Katie and a lymphatic drainage massage with Liz and both treatments were perfect. The two therapists made me feel safe and comfortable and explained the treatments fully, answering all of my questions. Prices were very reasonable and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Therapy & Life Centre in Coulsdon to anyone looking for these services. I will certainly be going back to them for any of my future needs. Thank you ladies.

This morning I had my first visit to the Beauty Lounge and it was a really great experience. I had a fantastic full body massage, I found it really relaxing and it helped relieve some knots in my back. I also had an SNS manicure which I am really pleased with. Will definitely be back.

I had an amazing deep tissue massage with Kirstie. She took her time to understand my issues and she explained what was happening throughout the process. She made me feel extremely comfortable throughout. My back feels a lot looser than when I went in. I would definitely recommend a visit.
