The salon is immaculate and Sam is always welcoming, professional and friendly. It’s always a treat to come here! It’s the best salon by far in Leicester! Even better than the big names like Clarins.

I had a great experience at my waxing appointment! The space was clean and welcoming, and the aesthetician was professional, friendly, and made me feel totally at ease throughout the process. The waxing was quick, thorough, and as painless as it could be. I really appreciated the attention to hygiene and the care taken to ensure I was comfortable the entire time. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Feeling fantastic after the injections especially as it's Ramadan the sleep deprivation usually affects me a lot but alhamdulillah I'm feeling my best. I will be back for more as needed, definitely recommend to others too.

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶
