Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Izzy has just done my nails and I absolutely love them! She took so much care and attention to detail, making sure everything was perfect. This beauty spa is a real gem tucked away discreetly in Leicester. A real oasis, the salon was very clean and the environment tranquil despite being in a very busy area of Leicester. I had the 60 min body massage, my therapist was Hollie she is great very friendly welcoming and professional. I was so relaxed during the massage that i dozed off for awhile. I could have easily stayed there for another hour. I will definitely go again and recommend to anyone considering this. Tens stars to Vanity......... AM Leicester

Well what can I say she’s done it again 😁..... jade is the best beauty therapist ever!!! I’ve been using her for 7 years now I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Her attention to detail is amazing!! My brows always look perfect she also sorts my back out to her cupping method is so worth it after one session my back is so much better I don’t have any pain anymore. would 100% recommend her to anyone her beauty room is always very clean well decorated and smells so good. There’s never been a appointment where I’ve been disappointed thanks jade ! 😄❤️

The massage was the perfect mix of relaxing and deep tissue! just what I needed😍. She gave me some really helpful advice afterwards too. Honestly, one of the best massages I’ve had, and I’ll definitely be booking again soon!
