I thoroughly recommend Teddy Grace, Fareham. Roxy is very professional and has an indepth knowledge of the different treatments. I trust her judgement and their botox treatment gives me great results. A good long consultation and follow up appointments are included in the procedure cost.

I had my first appointment with Stef this week for an Anti stress back treatment, she was really friendly, knowledgeable and put me at ease straight away. The room was nice and warm and smelt amazing. The treatment helped me relax and eased some of my lower back aches and pains, through the treatment Stef checked in to make sure the pressure was ok, the wrap wasn’t too hot, the heat was perfect enough that it helped with the pain but not too hot that it was uncomfortable, perfect first time, she really know how to help and the whole experience was brilliant. I will definitely book again.

I recently had a Warm Bamboo Massage and it was absolutely amazing. Lovely full body hot stone massage with head massage for this appointment. Very relaxing. April is an expert at finding the knots in my back and working on them until they are gone. I have had significantly less back and shoulder aches and pains since I have had regular massage appointments. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Kathy was amazing. Friendly, Warm and an expert at massages. I went in feeling so stiff with limited neck movement and by the end of the session I had some flexibility. I’ll definitely be back again!

I’ve now been to multiple appointments at A&K’s clinic and after experiencing severe back pain for a long period of time and seeking help from many people/businesses, including the NHS, and getting nowhere, I can now confidently say I’m well on my way to getting it sorted.
