I thoroughly recommend Teddy Grace, Fareham. Roxy is very professional and has an indepth knowledge of the different treatments. I trust her judgement and their botox treatment gives me great results. A good long consultation and follow up appointments are included in the procedure cost.

I had my first appointment with Stef this week for an Anti stress back treatment, she was really friendly, knowledgeable and put me at ease straight away. The room was nice and warm and smelt amazing. The treatment helped me relax and eased some of my lower back aches and pains, through the treatment Stef checked in to make sure the pressure was ok, the wrap wasn’t too hot, the heat was perfect enough that it helped with the pain but not too hot that it was uncomfortable, perfect first time, she really know how to help and the whole experience was brilliant. I will definitely book again.

I had an amazing 45-minute Swedish massage experience! From the moment the session started, I felt completely at ease. The pressure was perfect—gentle yet effective—and all the tension in my shoulders and back just melted away. She took extra care to massage my hands and feet as well as my back and chest, which made the experience feel incredibly thorough and relaxing. Was able to book and pay online ahead of the day. Having a real back pain issue, I was made to feel relaxed and in control of pressure used to iron out knots in my back even I didn't realise were there. I came out feeling relaxed and refreshed. Will definitely be back again and have already recommended to family and friends.

Had an extraction facial at Aura Whiteley and it was a really nice experience. The massage was honestly super relaxing and the ambience was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to just switch off and enjoy. Left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Would definitely go back 😊

As always, every visit to Amelia’s therapies is exceptional however I was lucky enough to have a massage with Amelia today. I am pregnant and have a very sore neck and upper back. I couldn’t believe how comfortable and relaxing the massage was which also got deep into the tension and how much better I felt afterwards thank you so much!
