Wow, what can i say. I suffer terribly with aches and pains in my back and neck. I have spinal arthritis and have been to pretty much everyone going to get help with the pain and to ease tension. I have just been to Dan for the back, neck and shoulder massage and in 25 minutes I can feel a massive difference, to the tension and aches i have had in the last few weeks alone. Everybody told me he was good, but he's not just good. He's fantastic! Thank you, and I will definitely be recommending and booking again 😊

This was my 1st time at Regents Retreat and I automatically felt at ease. I had the Cranberry Crush treatment and it was exactly what I needed with suffering pain in my arms and shoulders from lots of tension. The massage was lovely, it has definitely loosened my back. The facial and scalp massage were divine, my skin feels lovely and soft. I had a great hours nap!! Thanks for taking the time to listen to my concerns and explaining the treatment before you began also for the recommendations post treatment. I thoroughly enjoyed it and will return.

I booked in for a full body massage, but actually changed it for a back neck and shoulder massage and an Indian head massage as I woke that morning with alot of tension in my head and a knot in my shoulder. Dan did an amazing job as usual. I left feeling fantastic. The tension had gone! And my shoulder felt great. If I could I would go back weekly!

Outstanding pamper this afternoon. Heading on holiday so went for a back wax - quick and painless. Followed by a Swedish massage to ease muscle tension from the gym - honestly never felt so relaxed! Wow ! The best Reflexology I’ve ever had, during my treatment about 15 mins into a 1hr session my stomach became pressure free & calm ( even though it started to gurgle) My neck & back pain eased ( I dare not say gone away as it’s only a hour since treatment ) I’ve loved having this treatment for about 20 years now & so glad I’ve visited Dan as this was the absolute BEST ever. Wow, what can I say! I’ve never had a full body massage before and opted for the Swedish Full Body Massage, I suffer high anxiety on a daily basis and I can say I have never felt so relaxed. I also suffer from lower back pain and take regular pain medication, I won’t be needing that, hopefully for a while. I am currently pain free and relaxed. Dans hands worked absolute wonders and I feel absolutely amazing! Thank you so much and I’ll be back for another one

Excellent service - I visited with upper back and shoulder pain, along with tension headaches, likely caused by posture and working at a computer all day. The hour treatment loosened everything up and relieved the symptoms immediately. Definitely recommend!

I came in nervious amd in a great deal pf pain. I was treated so well, put at ease instantly. I wasnt sure what I needed to have done but I am so glad I booked my appointment. I left feeling better than when I arrived. I love the hot stones and will be back for another session.

Had my first massage today with Karly, and I can honestly say it was wonderful! She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked through the door until the minute I left. I suffer with back and neck pain, and by the time Karly had finished the massage my pain had gone and I was completely relaxed.
